Redstone Dust

Redstone dust is mined from redstone ore with an iron pickaxe or better and powers circuits, doors, rails, and machines. It transmits signals up to fifteen blocks and interacts with comparators, repeaters, and pistons. Learning redstone turns simple shelters into automated farms and hidden entrances.
